PSLED 18W-230 RECTANGULAR LED CEILING LIGHT

The RIMSA rectangular waterproof LED fixture is scratch-resistant and available in two power options: 18W and 23W.

The PSLED 18W-230 is part of RIMSA’s Rectangular LED Ceiling Light Series, engineered for clear and durable illumination inside industrial machines and along technical workbenches.

– Key Features: The PSLed 18W-230 model belongs to the Rectangular Ceiling Light series. The only available color for this fixture is black, as the aluminum is anodized rather than painted. Power is supplied via an integrated electronic driver without external cables. The driver features active power factor correction, instant start control, and protection against LED tube removal during operation. The two T5 LED tubes and the driver are housed directly within the ceiling light.

A connection terminal for the external cable is positioned on the side cap, meaning the light can be wired without the need to disassemble the entire fixture. Mounting is carried out using four locking clips, which must be inserted into the lower guide rails of the body. The side caps are made of injection-molded polymer and are directly screwed onto the extruded aluminum body, while the front part of the fixture is covered by a 4 mm thick tempered Pyrex glass shield, perfectly sealed with a polyurethane gasket.

The tempered glass is secured to the aluminum body with plastic hooks and screws. The electronic driver and two T5 LED tubes are positioned inside the ceiling light. The luminous flux is diffused through a specially designed reflector. All materials used are resistant to common solvents, degreasers, and lubricating and cooling emulsions. Protection rating: IP67.

The connection terminal on the side cap accommodates external cables up to M20x1.5 mm. To access the electrical terminal, it is only necessary to remove the sealed cable gland with its O-ring gasket. Therefore, connecting the fixture to the machine does not require full disassembly, saving installation time and minimizing the risk of reassembly errors.

– Plus: The high quality and efficient cooling of both the electronic driver and the LED tubes ensure an operating life of 50,000 hours. The electronic driver includes active power factor correction, instant start control, and protection against LED tube removal during operation. The fixture is secured to the machine using technopolymer locking clips inserted into the side guide rails of the aluminum body. Four clips are included as standard. All lighting fixtures are supplied with LED tubes installed. Maximum operating temperature: 50°C.
